@lost lark so I think for this specific skin, dms skins that have black as the foundation cannot be changed cus the color can’t change the shade of black, it can only change parts that are lighter than black. When you change the colors, it basically just adds a layer of that color over that part of the skin. And black is so dark that you can’t see the color change twt

Np :3 if you choose super bright colors like cyan blue, you can actually see the black change to be a lilll more blue

Yeah most strongly vibrant colours cannot change it'd existing colour

You can only slightly change it or change the brightness

You'd need to change the colours yourself through spriting

try moving a few rooms away first but if the rain comes you just have to redo it

Also if you hibernate your lizard will choose a den in exterior and try to make its way to you next cycle but that’s not very reliable
