I think someone probably answered this than me, but from what I’ve done or remember, I think these are the only challenges which “require” or strongly gesture at a movement tech being learnt. Movement in general helps, but I haven’t learn all that much haha and have gotten by:

Visitor — worm grappling (not really hard!) or squidcada starve flight (backflip with squid while starving, not too bad!)
Symbiote — Squidcada starve flight (can be done without, is likely harder though)
Descension — Crawl turn fast fall (almost certainly required)
Vegan — Crawl turn vaults (required, or other movement required)

@coral nimbus as a personal last thought, challenges are just fundamentally meant to take you out of your comfort zone; if you dislike one on principle for requiring something you don't yet know how to do that's fine, but it's still a valid challenge and it still covers a valid game mechanic or strategy.

It does also feel like every time we release a challenge set we get someone really feeling one challenge shouldn't exist, which does get a bit old after a while, especially since these things have been very carefully developed over several months, and complaints usually revolve around "rng" or something being unfair/tedious
These things usually even out over time, especially when enough people have had the chance to learn the mechanic or develop better strategies. Vaults might not even be the dominant strategy in a few month's time! (This happened with Symbiote and Visitor pretty strongly)

No-one is forcing you personally to get all 35, and movement is intrinsically difficult and hard to learn. Vegan may end up being one of the toughest rated challenges and that's fine, we all feel it's still well within bounds. I promise if you keep at it you will get it, but you just gotta not to kill your hand by grinding in 3 hour sessions since that's a very clear road to frustration

If you ask for guidance in movement and try practicing in slow motion at first you'll find it comes pretty naturally after a while :> Promise
