you jump storage, which is a bug where you can cancel some things (like a jump if you're in starting-to-crouch state) to store a jumpboost for later
then you do a crouch turn hop (which is a bug where after turning during a crouch, which puts you into a semi-upright state for a bit, you press up, which gives you inertia to get elevated off the ground 1 tile)
