You MIGHT be able to get them through the GW > SL gate but i have yet to see proof, they seem to be hard coded to not pass the water due to leeches, even if you remove all the leeches

this is why it might actually be a good idea to get more masks than you need. there will be at least one asshole who will be grabbing two. on my successful attempt i only made it because vulture attacked scavenger toll and i ended up killing it and taking its mask to give them additional one (couldn't find who took two).
