you dont need to go throught the "hard rooms", it is only on the path SU>DS>SB, the only problem room here is the long leech tunnel easily cheesed by just holding a bubble weed you swallowed earlier

you dont even need to go up to get breath and the leeches are repelled by the bubble weed

You can cheese elder by utilising the toll near LF>SU gate, to beat it in less than 2 minutes.
