it failed in filtration but i kept it nonetheless

if you have killed a creature and it didn't respawn you get an opportunity to roll it by starving
you just starve that cycle and see if it lineaged. If not you quit and starve again
if it lineaged you get your food and hibernate to save a progress

Feast:

Load a new monk save, and go to Farm Arrays first.
The only reason for so is to get 3 spore puffs (2 in each hand, one in stomach)
Then go to Garbage Wastes, and the first time you ever shelter in Garbage STARVE, and then after that hibernate normally.
If done, all spawns in Garbage will be doubled (in each place a creature of some type would spawn, two creatures of that type will spawn instead.
Go to the room in the image, and store the spore puffs in the shelter.
Keep killing all centipedes in the room in the image until the Red Centipede spawns.
When Red Centipede spawns, kill it by throwing 2 spore puffs at it (try to hit as many segments as you can), then finish the other centipede (if any) with the remaining spore puff.
Eat the centi.

Descension seems straightforward enough

just need to learn that fast fall glitch

Descension:

In most regions, you cannot just fall to your death normally, instead you must use the fast fall glitch (remember to turn Vanilla exploits on i guess)
While at a ledge, crouch while facing the opposite direction of the fall, then hold the direction of the fall and (while turning) tap up once, and continue holding the left/right until you fall. A good room for practice is pit right outside the Shaded Citadel gate to Industrial (image).

the hardest part is to find a red/cyan lizard as Survivor, which is done by doublespawning (see feast) and just killing lizards a lot

the creature icons show which creature spawns first, and after each time you kill that lizard and sucessfully hibernate, there is 33% chance for it to respawn each cycle

when the creature respawns, there is additional chance for it to instead be a different creature

if you kill the green in this room, for example, it has 10% chance to respawn as a Pink lizard instead, and that Pink lizard has 50% chance to respawn as a Blue one instead, and that one has 20% chance to respawn as Death himself instead

the point is that, while it would take much time, there are A LOT of places to lineage Red lizards, and when you doublespawn that region, there are 2 times as much on top of that

Lineage happens if player dealt any amount of damage (spears, explosives, even rocks and jellyfishes) in span of 5 or less seconds before the creature in question died

If you hit a red with a rock while it is fighting another red and it dies in less than 5 secs, it will count as "player kill"

i made the challenge harder for myself by first farming out all the masks, and only then remembering i had to screenshot the vultures

so in the end i killed 14 of them instead of 6

there was also the awkward 5 minutes of checking my screenshots and throwing out the masks that i forgot to "register"

This one is so elusive I started to doubt myself and lizard spawns. It can either drop from top of B02 or chill at A32 and slowly creeping towards B08. And you can never be sure it hasn't died on it's journey. I had number of cycles in a row without seeing it at all.

This one was the second run killer on par with red
