Do you have any tips for any particular part of the run?
Yesterday i managed to complete a 38:40 practice run and im not comfortable with it being this tight for real attempts. I can improve my filtration and depths vastly, but still

a lot of ascension is praying for good rng honestly? if you can do fpc and extended slides, it's mostly just hoping the lizards don't dick you over

and orb skip, for a bit of time save on the wall and not having to deal with yellow lizards

cycle length rng can also play into it a little, since. getting too short of a cycle when you reach karma 4 means you have Very little margin of error for getting above the rain band, but too long means the white lizards won't have fucked off yet
