I think i found my problem concerning low frame rates in my tasty submission

The program i used has a feature where all files will default to frame rates similar to the very beginning, and since the menu always gives low frame rates (i run on a laptop) then it'll default to that

But thankfully, i never restart files unless needed so i can easily re-record things and send them separately
