well. for me personally, id say run wise? 100+, however i did do it in like under 14ish hours. however also worth mentioning i have the map kinda memorized and have played for over a year. it may take longer if you consider yourself inexperienced.
some strats id advise:
Learn to pole boost, backflip rolls, and slide pounces (into roll into throw boost, but worry bout these 2 later)
karma caching is allowed. optimally, you want to shelter in SU_SO4 and karma cach (starve, exit shelter, quit out, resume) until karma 4.
now on the tip above, if you get a short cycle, just reset the run at that point. you are gonna wanna one cycle to pebbles so you can then quit out to be taken back to outskirts.
take drainage to filtration.
practice your route on filtration a bit. go to the shelter right outside drainage > filtration gate and practice. you wont have a light, so remember your path
for depths? id advise backflip roll pounces as much as you can, it'll help with the jagged terrain.
and also, is doesnt need to be perfect. i made a lot of mistakes and mine was sloppy but i still made it

those two bumps on the wall are climbable if you stick a spear in the wall above the tunnel first
but i always struggled to get up on the second bump, so i improvised with a second spear
it's a bit more consistent than dealing with yellow lizard rng personally, but if you get there and the lizards have already run, don't bother
