You probably missed the window if there is one. Everyone who got the ultimate edition when it first came out got The Beast
They don’t want people buying the ultimate edition last second at a discounted price and getting The Beast. Maybe trying contacting support and asking about it but your probably have to buy The Beast to get it

From what I looked up you missed the window to get TB, I’m assuming you got it on sale as well. So you’re not going to get The Beast, you’re better off buying it rather than waiting for something that’s not gonna happen. Everyone who was getting the game for free that had the ultimate edition already has it and got it day one, you would’ve as well if you were going to

I contaced Techland Support about this a few months ago and they said I would get it even if I redeemed a key

Send them proof of your license for DL2 Ultimate or something
