My guess is that they messed with the multipliers to balance legend exp grinding but put a zero somewhre

I think if your level is high compared to how many new game plus you made it will give you zero xp so you can’t get max level with just glitches

So maybe you’ll need to start new game plus multiple times to get higher level

wel it seemed to be that way which was a suggestion I had back then to fix scaling to diminish xp but all this did was take it away even a slight bit instead of making encouraging to want to keep going as you'd get more and more each run just enough to hit the max level of each area

I think it fixed itself but someone said the multiplier doesn't really seem to do much or works right? Not sure if this part was intended due to how they wrote "Adjusted the NewGame+ and Legendary Levels progression curves to reduce farming exploits and balance the experience better.
Starting a NewGame+ will now check the Legend Level of players to adjust enemies difficulty accordingly.
Reaching Legend Level 300 before reaching NewGame+ 10 will make enemies' difficulty adjust accordingly."

I think that’s a myth cause each level up for me takes 62000 exp and story missions give 72000. I think it’s just cause I’m only legend 107 and I haven’t hit the soft nerf yet.

yeah it'll probably catch you up xp wise to the proper ng+ I guess hopefully thats the case

I'm on ng+ 1 and brutal difficulty and I'm only getting 50xp gta 6 is gonna come out before I can lvl up just once
