Deluxe items not downloading properly

I downloaded the items to my phone, probably should’ve used my computer, and every time I try to open it thus pop up happens. I’ve tried emailing it but don’t know what else to do. Any insight is appreciated. Thank you!

Go to dyinglightgame.com and go to DL The Beast tab

Press learn more, it’ll take you to the pilgrim outpost, make sure you’re logged into the system you’re playing on

Either press on the red here, or scroll down

Then press download

Then you can unzip the data just a few pics and the map nothing interesting tbh 😅

I thought it’s gonna be wallpapers for ps5 and not for the phone or pc

I don’t know how it’s named on other countries but that’s what I have used

Yes, downloaded file is in zip archive, you need software to open zip file on your phone

When I log on the download button is greyed out. I can't claim it.
