"修理の費用はかかるが" .
This means
"It is expensive, but you can still repair the weapons."
However, as you know, Docket Weapons cannot be repaired.
So the part above must be
"修理することはできないが".

You should look for
"エリ".
This is translated as "Eli(the one who asks Crane to look for his father)", but "Eli" actually should be spelled as "イーライ".
エリ sounds like a female name.
All dialogues, all quest description, etc including Eli must be checked.
