I own the ultimate edition for DL2 and I don't have dying light the beast?

So I had it installed yesterday and there was a error normally it would say wait until release as a normal pre order but now its says game or app not working so I suppose is because they change the date release of the beast but I tried to reinstall again and the only thing I can install is the pre order dlc from the beast not the base game itself so... now everytime I'm in the store it does say its own but not in my library to reinstall the base game

Same things has happened to me, normally you can download a 300mbs and it says pre-order but it has disappeared and I can only download 1 DLC. I checked the store says I own it but nothing it’s gone out my library. I know I cannot download the game as it isn’t out yet but with Xbox you can normal download something so it shows on your games but it’s just gone
