The bundle just went on sale on Epic and it's not clear if it includes the Bloody Ties DLC (and is Reloaded edition) or if it's "Standard" edition and no DLC, requiring Ultimate Upgrade 😦

Because it doesn't have Dying Light 2 it won't have Bloody ties which is included in all editions of dying Light 2

Just check very carefully what you are buying in these bundles so you get what you're after, these bundles you showed won't get you the upcoming game the Beast, just so you know
