I was told by Frank to meet with Hakon but when I go within 100m of the objective the yellow marker disappears completely and won't come back. So far I've tried restarting my game, starting a side mission, completing it, then going back to the story mission, and restarting my console. I haven't found much online of it either.

Had this happen to me also. You know the room you fight the renegades in? Well the door you opened to get in the room open and close it. Walk in and out of the room. For some reason that fixed it for me.

I think so yeah. I just remember you fight renegades and then go into the infected mode.
