Well in my case it just crashes after the cut scene, so what i did was running it as administrator, then when it loads i just took off the settings i changed, including full-screen mode, if that not's enough try pressing on it with right button then go to proprieties and search for compatibility then change it to windows 8, and deactivate optimisations to full screen (in that same menu), anything else you can message me if you need further help, just got the same problem and solved it.

ive noticed the game stops responding and when i look at task manager the game has opened up 3 times

i changed the setting to increase graphics and it has to be the cause of crashing
this week i might as well take it to like microcenter or geek squad atp
would a solution be to delete all of my progress?
or back it up and then re apply it
i just wanted to play the event lol
