#Can't progress story due to bugged quest (revolution)

Update again: Rollbacked 3 times in a row, even tried to choose the different path to go with the quest. No luck there.
Update once again: Rollbacked, invited a friend to co-op to see if that would make any difference. Did not work.
Dev menu didn't work either due to it being patched so it's not usable in this game version. But if it was working that would've solved my issue, now I have to wait 1-xx days to get a response with very little luck on a solution. Looks like im out of luck, spent 45+ hrs on this save and now it's corrupted or smt by no particular reason.
If I remember right I think I was on this quest, then I left and joined some random game of off game finder just for fun. And after that it was bugged.
Created a new save and was playing co-op with a friend of mine, got to the quest called "the only way out" without any bugs or issues but when we get the quest prompt to "get some work at the bazaar to earn sophies trust" we do as supposed and the quest gets stuck on that prompt.
Fix your game already, unplayable in this current state. Can't play with the graphics I played with on release, freezes my entire PC and crashes. Only game i've got any issues with when it comes to freezes/crashing.
About the get some work quest, how many side quests did you do? I don't know if it's a times thing, but after i did like 2 or 3 side quests i usually get progression on the quest.
If that's not the case then i don't really know what could be the problem tbh
Last time I did that quest I didnt have to do anything besides talking to some guys here and there and then completed. Just re-installed the game so i'm gonna try to do the quest that is bugged on my main save and then see on the new save.
Yeah the times before i played it i barely had to wait like a minute, didn't even do any side quests. So i don't really know what triggers the progression
Re-installing didnt do the trick so I guess devs has given up on the game already. Patches dev menu that actually helps people more than patching the bugs themselves. lmfao
Well they haven't given up on the game yet i think. It's just that their bug fixing is taking a long time
And some gamebreaking bugs may already be fixed, but aren't gonna release until the next community patch so that they can show off with how many bugs they fixed
And when is next community patch?

Two weeks since I posted this, no feedback from any dev or whatever they are so far.
Is that how its meant to be? I pay 60$ for a game I cant even play because there are such major bugs?

Well no shit, but it is an support channel. And as your role states "Techland" I assume you work with them or smt, which means you can probably make issues like these get solved by forwarding them to people who knows what theyre doing.
Update was just released, not a single line states a fix for my issue. Assuming that my issue withstands and I can still not play the game.
Instead, I will now try to ask steam support for a refund due to this bullshit.

It's been 3 weeks since this "ticket" was created. Not a single answer that has been helpful so far, I'm sure that "Techland members" has read this post but decided to not give me an answer due to lack of knowledge. The only answer I was given by you did no more than state the obvious. Of course I've sent a ticket to the official support which didn't help me at all.
The response to my ticket was so hillarious I must share it with you. I described the issue and sent save files for them to further investigate the issue.
This was the response I received (Copy paste directly from the email):

Even managed to misspell in the response.... Clearly shows the low dedication, as my issue that OTHERS also experiences hasn't been fixed with the new "update".
Also says "As soon as we have more uptade about the issue and potential solutions, we will let you know.". No "uptade" on my issue so far.
And lastly @trim jolt . Nothing against you nor the other Techlandies in this discord as none of you can provingly do anything to fix this issue. I am indeed very pissed which is probably very self explaining to why that is. Bought a game for 60$ on release, went back to play it few months later and it's unplayable due to a bug, and unplayable for many others due to larger bugs than this - such as the game being completely black. And the devs shows no committment to solve this issue as it has yet not been fixed.
I'm sorry that you are encountering any issues with the game, but my first post was only ment to make sure that you are not waiting here for a reply from any Techland employes as this is not the official support or any kind of way of contacting Techland about your issues. This forum was created as stated for users to help other users. Additional its more beneficial for all users if their issues do not disappear under a flood of texts on other channels, in this way other users can sometimes find some helfpul workaround's, additional information, or just the information about that this issue does not happen to only them.
If we have this clear, I replied in your thread because I want to help you. Im not forced to help you, neither im paid to help you, thus any agression, name calling or anything remotely similar makes other people unwilling to help.
As for support, not all issues are easy to reproduce, and some even if are easy to find are not easy to fix, as sometimes fixing one thing can break something else. In the end its only 1 and 0.
So starting again, I do understand that you are angry and that you did spend 60$ believing it will be working as promised. Im sorry that you encountered these issues and ill try to inform people working on this about your situation. I am not in place on speaking if and when something will be fixed or what should you do, but try to remember that we even as Techland employes come here as fellow gamers, and as fellow gamers we will try to help.
Apologies if I somehow offended you in any way. I have now created yet another ticket to the official Techland support, hoping that this will be solved.
With some further thinking and investigation myself: My theory for this issue is that I did the quest on the same save that I've already completed the story with in co-op. Because the part the bug happens on is where you're supposed to "meet Hakon". As I've already completed the game on another save I think that the safe zones saves over from other saves to your own, which makes the game think that the place I'm entering is just a safe zone, not a quest zone - hence why the cutscene doesn't get triggered.
Did you also include this information in the ticket? It may be helpful to find this issue

Yes, of course. Hopefully that will help out, i'm not a dev or something but that's the only reason I could think of, since this seems to be such an rare bug as I've only seen me and 2 more with this very issue.

If that is the issue, would deleting all ur saves and redownloading the game fix it?
Probably yes, but as I've progressed more than just the story and gained a lot of items that I'm not entirely sure how to get your hands on otherwise I don't really want to do it. And I've leveled up most items to max etc, which does take a while to do, I'd have to redo all that.
I mean, if your save is corrupted; your save + your items + your level/skills are regardless reseted
