unfortunately mods always carry a risk of hurting your save files and are not supported officially, at least for now.
If you send your save file, name of mod(s) you used etc, support might be able to help saving your old state. However I can't promise anything.

i used a mod to make harper and shen xiu's things free, maybe thats why

i used the e3 parkour animation mod, physics are back and the harper and shen xiu's things free

it is your save file that is broken by the mod, most likely, not the game files, if you verified them.
So I don't know if save can be corrected.

Support may know more.
