what i did was grapple onto the carnage hall (it has an invisible wall too but its lower), regain my stamina and climb to the tippity top of it then paraglide off of it

you could also just hug the wall until you make it past the barrier but thats riskier cus you're more likely to run out of stamina

also there are a lot of "leaving mission area" barriers around. head towards the left bridge to elysium and you should be fine
