Well, most people probably ended new game + at this point or at least ended the game and do not wish to do new game + and so the meat and bones have already been picked on that front. Some people are still trying to grind to max upgrade weapons, etc. Some are doing the Harper stuff. Sadly the game doesn't have a very good story nor long story for that matter. The zombie hacking is nowhere near as fun as the first game...

You'll still find some people who just want to do whatever, but yeah there's also people who need help and so ask for it.

Agreed, zombie hacking is not nearly as satisfying. But it took the first game a lot of updates to get that way, so techland should have known what we'd want out of the second game, but game producers are so busy on making things different and unique they forget that sometimes simplicity is the best solution.
