Nah. Any inhibitors you already have won't show up in someone else's.

Or I suppose if they don't have it, it'll show up for them. But you can't get it.

Because it's like. Surely with a NG+, you'd keep your current health and stamina. So either they don't let you max out both, and there are no extra inhibitors, or there are, and in that case, would you max out the other Stat and then just have a bunch of inhibitors that you can't use?
