@lethal frigate are you looking for the Memento collectible, or wanting to complete the quest?

If you're just looking for the Memento, go to the rooftop container where you're meant to exit the quest from.
It says that it is locked from the inside.
Simply dash towards the door, and press and hold R2 to perform a Bash on the door.
The door will open and you'll be right next to the collectible.

Unfortunately, the mission is still bugged, so you will not be able to complete it.
Also, the door does not stay open when quitting out of the game, but you can just bash it again.

If your going for the collectible just go to the rooftop you don’t need to go into the building and sprint and hold R2 to bash the door

Game chat isn’t all bad, only problem is everyone and their mother has their volume blasting out the Tv and not headset. So you’ll hear double and they don’t even use the mic it’s just on broadcasting 😂

Guns aren't droppable and there's no such thing as "infinite" bullets.
