For what it's worth the level 2 bow is the same strength as what's given to you a little further on

get yourself gear that gives you more xp ( so I gotta look at the affix ) for parkour there enough videos of on YouTube;)

to max out your parkour here is the absolute easiest Way; Get a nightrunner potion change your difficulty to hard mode and do the “Slide and jump” skill over and over or “far jump” but slide is by far the best. Also i would recomend to send a distriss Call when doing the parkour if people join and u accidently Fall they might revive you. by doing this for around 1-2hour you Will definidly have maximum parkour exp depending on what parkour skills you have. Make sure to be on NIGHT time and not DAY time :)

Co-op can be part of the experience though. Regardless a new player with a OP weapon is still gaining experience. The way the game is designed regardless if a player has received a OP weapon is if you give them one early on in the game, that weapon will one shot practically anything. As they progress through the game and get into the central loop that weapon slowly looses its edge and the player will need to find new weapons that are tied to their level and toughness, from my observations. When I first started playing again on a new save the weapons I had could only kill things in 2-3 hits. Eventually people would join and give me weapons of their own and it was fun but still challenging after awhile. That was 9 months ago and I still play the game.

I disagree with everything you've wrote ; your experience is subjective

• objectively speaking i could one hit everything until NG+ ANY difficulty with end game gear
• Coop experience is ruined for themselves and other players
• One shot's either scale because mods or have insane base damage ;
• there is no new edge when someone drops them the end game gear, with end game mods or worse
• by the time they hit Central loop they've got skills, arnour scale AND mechanics developed ; I ask you where's the challenge?

There is none until NG+ in this situation ; when enemy scales harder
They've also got nothing to aim for at legend levels if they do this

I'm not arguing? It wasn't anywhere close to the first game at launch. No guns, roaming volatiles, be the zombie. We still don't have the same day/night cycle. The feel of the game is completely different and I didn't enjoy the story as much as dl1. I had no issue running the game I was just disappointed considering how good dl1 was.

And look what the game has now after a rough start, would you expect otherwise? DL2 went through development hell. I have personally more fun crushing skulls then running around with a broomstick.
I was disappointed aswell cuz the game definitely wasn't what I've seen (Elysium 🤧🥺) but slowly it's getting better tho , it's ripening a wine..
