Well as soon this person joined they didn't even have a full outfit it was like part of them was invisible. When they joined I couldn't move at all. I didn't know what he was doing I was hoping he was gonna drop some stuff but after maybe 5 minutes he dropped out, my game went to the start screen and when I got back on everything was gone. Late reply, I know, but from what I've seen that bounty isnt exactly what it says it is, because if you go check it's Description on the Bounty screen it'll say something completely different.
My guess is it's just bugged and what the description says is the actual goal

Only if you ask someone else to help, so you give them the stuff from Ps4, switch to Ps5 and they give it back, otherwise you can't really do it alone
