Really up to your personal preference and what exactly you're fighting.

Fling seems to be the universal stun/insta kill mod..
Frost seems to be an extra stun for Vols,Goons and Demos..

Shock I use for Arc Stuns on humans
Tox for incapacitate and Dmg ticks
Bleed for dmg ticks
Fire for stun and spread

But.. personal preference ofc

Not Very hard.. all XP you get from now on is Legend Points.. after you reach the max you level up like the regular Combat/Parkour trees and get 1 point to spend on an area you want + a random chest

Truly only it is more difficult to grind in DL-2 especially you have to put in hard mode get more legend exp if you die you lose all your legend exp. I like legend level much better in the first game as you farm easily go turtle 🐢 quarantine farm easily then change to nightmare difficulty to get more legend exp easily to 250 in no time.
