they might have changed it since I havent ng+ in a while and now youget your tools right away. but last time I checked you were refunded with a ng+

plus there are better ways to level up than asking for mil tech handouts. grind trophies and turn them all in on a thursday. immense XP

Well they did say if you remember that we would probably get lots more nocturnal weapons in the future. I'm just glad at least some of my favorite weapons are available in the nocturnal like the paper cutter and the buccaneer and the high-tech cleaver just to name a few of them and I've gotten all three of those with some pretty good roles I hope eventually that we will get blueprints for the rest of the knives they added like storm caller , because that knife is so wicked looking. I finally got a legendary version of it during the Christmas event. I got it through one of the Christmas Presents when you had to collect lots of presents, I thought the Christmas event was so fun

I know how to cheese it All you need is saw blades and muscle boosters. I can teach you how to rank up really quickly cuz I went from level 25 to level 250 within one week. Maybe even less than that. I'm not even sure cuz I can't remember. It was a long time ago and I just did 260 to 290 in about a day or so lol

You technically don't really need military tech to level up quickly. If you can farm the GRE anomaly aberrations on hard, it's pretty easy. That's how I went from rank 25 to rank 250 within three or four days a long time ago and I just went from 260 to 290 within less than a day I would have been quicker but I had to get a tooth pulled yesterday which was a pain in the ass lol

No, you have to get the saw blades through a certain parkour challenge. I can't remember which one. I got it a long time ago. You might have to look it up online. I came across it on YouTube sometime last year and it's really helped me out. Not to mention their one hit kill on. Basically any enemy and very handy taking out volatiles on a one hit kill

Now if they can. Just come out with upgraded versions of some of the weapons in the bloody ties DLC like skull cut and tribal axe it's rumored. We're supposed to get some type of skull face DLC pack sometime in the near future. I don't know if it's ever going to happen, but it would be nice

Especially if you get a good role on it. It's pretty good and the skull cut is pretty good if you get a good roll on it. Even it not being that great of damage output. But if you can get it around 600 is still not too bad if you get a good roll I think the skull cut and the tribal axe are really only a couple of the good weapons in the bloody ties DLC I've tried out the other weapons and most of them aren't all that great

Okay yeah it's called the Carnage Hall weapon packs. It's one of the first two packs you can choose from to get the weapon. It's just a random drop so you don't know when you're going to get it

I have several of them in my storage. I use it every once in a while when I'm not using some of my exotic weapons that have crappy perks just to use it to get rid of lol

The ones I got go from 430 to 438

And boost all the way up to 605 and 600 when modified

Lol the best perks to get are high damage increase for night time and daytime and infected and high damage to humans at times but I don't really care for the high damage to humans

I have a lot of exotic and a crapload of weapons that have high damage to infected and night time and daytime damage

They modded it on PC because on Xbox you can't get exotic bows

There are three crossbows in the game

Hakons crossbow that you can get from one of the DLC packs from the game store and the other one is the PK crossbow and you can get the PK crossbow with the new update if you go through the story again through new game plus and side with the PK because they did an update a while back where you can keep the crossbow even if you beat new game plus and start a new story

And then there is the new crossbow. That's a semi-automatic crossbow. The first pilgrim crossbow that you get from the website
