Today, I completed the story for the first time. I gave the Sheriff 7 territories, but gave the TV station to Frank, and finally reached a good ending. Basically, Frank, Williams, and Juan jointly govern the city.
However, there are too few plots about Colonel Williams. I hope to see Colonel Williams control the Sheriff and assign some tasks to the players after completing the game.
