are you sure? I read something about getting to level 25 in the tower raid, and then buying the crossbow , the last thing on the vendor list, and you get a exploding bolt blueprint with that crossbow. I'm not talking about the pumpkin spice crossbow that you get for completing a raid with the Van Aiden character
