Train Track Warehouses - Sometimes, you can find zombies in the warehouses running alongside the train tracks. Zombies near them may be carrying a wrench.
Antenna Map Tunnel - In order to reach the antenna zone, you need to go through a long tunnel. Most the zombies here are carrying some sort of weapon, and quite a few of them are carrying a wrench.
