for the italian plumber achievement you need a weapon called frenchmen which is a wrench. to get the achievement you have to vault over a zombie and do a takedown attack with the weapon. i got the weapon in my inventory so if you need the achievement i could lend it to you so you do the achievement and give it back to me

While normal weapons that you upgrade in-game with blueprints are fine.
