Host does NOT go for achievement
Non-host opens chest at end before 1v1
Non-host shoots host in LEG till death , and continues shooting them when they are downed

If you're talking about the Italian Plumber trophy, you can't use just any wrench for it—you need to use a wrench that you acquired from, say, a zombie.
One of the Old Town sewer entrances—the one that leads to the "antenna" map—can lead you to a zombie with a monkey wrench, which works just fine for this achievement.
