me personally I took my time with the game, But if you want to blitz it that's the most effective way. You can actually complete stuffed turtle without killing anything just Ram/tackle through zombies and pickup the packages.

The one inside the workshop is not interactable even tho im at the start of the dlc and the race should be available right after meeting bilal

Also remember to upgrade your vehicle to be around level 2-3 or higher
