i final got all the bozak trophy. a little heads up for later strugglers :

1. time limit ,2p 28min 3p 26min 4p 25min

2.better not die even once ( but one of my teammates get died once still got trophy

3.and the third part is the most tricky one , i don't see anyone mention on the internet:after wave 20,normally you should be disarmed(meaning all the weapon you collected from those 20waves should be gone),but in many cases these weapon the stay in the inventory,and if they stay ,the trophy will be glitched (i assume to achieve the goal ,one must use that specific gun which gained from that chest)

4.host open the chest and the one who need the trophy pick up that gun in the chest ,do not skip the cutscene,and gather up, host use that gun shot partner's leg 2 times ,and partner kill the host ,after host dies ,keep shotting the host's corpse and the trophy will pop

been examine this method for 2 days ,i think it should be 100% work
