use the strong spinning attack with surtr for bosses, it 1-2 shots them, wait for crane to lift his arm a little more for max damage

use bow on shielded skeletons to one shot them

and lastly if you finished story and leveled up quite well, just get the ''loaded for the undead'' bounty, it gives a shotgun with unlimited ammo

these should make it easy for you
