The best spot is in the slums near the bottom of the map, under the tower and to the left there should be a safe house and a place where bolters spawn close by. In my experience this is the best way to farm for them, then just go about the game and hope to God you get lucky with a deal 😭

When you go to the first van in bozak hoard, don't open the reward chest immediately, but keep going in that direction and climb into a area that has a chest and get that weapon first, and then get the other reward and you're set
