Yes but my advise is to open chests, chests with very hard/hard can include valuables which you can sell

@lucid fox go to stuffed turtle, it's a quarantine zone. Play that and there's 5 relief packages, 2 GRE crates. Those crates are filled with good stuff which are useful. You can deliver those relief packages to gain survivor XP to lvl up survivor lvl

@lucid fox you can also find cop zombies in the old town who'll drop guns and ammo sometimes
