Not a hack but a map exploit. You cannot shoot through the outside of a building, but if you glitch inside of a building you can shoot through the wall. Also, Night Hunters can easily break the map 1000 times easier since he jumps everytime he scales a wall. But then again, I'm explaining this to an Apex Predator.

DLR was in developement for nearly 2 years. And in the final version it was decided to remove the shield completely, spits have been adjusted to balance this removal. But I'm here to talk about the other usage
You can block all of the teammate knockbacks and do a bunch of animation cancels making the shield the ultimate china gank squad power item. Just imagine tackling someone but getting hit with a heavy guaranteed just because you successfully attacked a survivor. That's some fucking bullshit and it was totally cucked away from the game in DLR.
That goes to show you how this thing would break the balance, so don't complain about something you can easily prevent sadder
