dying light the beast was like a perfect mix inbetween dying light 1 and 2 in terms of movement and combat

i remember dropkicking for the first time and realising you don't get insanely floaty like you do in dying light 2

Dl2 is pretty floaty. I liked that they updated the grappling hook in DLTB so you can stay in the air and keep swinging without losing momentum

In DL2 I just fall straight down when I drop kick after grappling

You can do the bandit camp method or just go out at night and kill everything thats attacking you. Bandit camp is slower but better option if you can't handle 3-4 volatiles at once while just going out killing everyone is more fun

Depends on you. First playthrough at least 4 districts to pks for the pk crossbow and elemental bolt blueprints
Ng+ at least 4 districts to survivors for the survivor respawn perk that saves your xp while leveling up, and it is usefull when farming legend points in nightmare mode. For example if you fall or die in a chase you can just use it to save your legend points or xp

If you want parkour then do survivors. Even tho half of their perks are just useless and fast escape stuff or pks that are for combat

I recently finished DL1 with my sister and girlfriend (did so because I've finished the game before with my best friends and absolutely loved it, this was around 4 years ago, roughly).

Now, we all bought DL2 as it was on sale, and after finishing The Following, we decided to install DL2 today, and play it together. Problem is, although I've got the best PC out of the bunch, for some reason I'm also the only one experiencing problems. My game seems to run fine, but freezes every few seconds. I've tried everything from lowering settings, to updating drivers, checking integrity of game files, restarting PC, checking corruption of Windows files, reinstalling, using Directx11 and Directx12, etc. Nothing seems to work, and unfortunately all the advice from the internet doesn't seem to change that.

If you can, please help. And if you wish to contact me privately in order to not bother the server, then that's completely fine too. I just want to enjoy the game with them two. 🙁 Thanks!

No other apps in the background. I've tried while using Discord, and tried it with everything other than the game off, but nothing seems to do it. I've tried switching settings in Nvidia, etc. But perhaps I need a specific set of settings between Nvidia and the game for it to work properly? I'm not sure, I've tried everything for the past 3 hours and I just can't play it without being frozen every few seconds 🙁 It's unfortunate because I was really looking forward to doing so today

Unless it has like throwables buff procent,no. Ranger is only for long range weapons

And some other stuff,i don't use the set i have so i can't know what does it effect

for example when i side dash i put a input to the game if i press space again it will put that space input to a queue and make me jump after the dash

so when i press space twice quickly it will unconrolably make me jump and i hate it

Pretty sure it depends on the vnc tower. If you gave it to Frank you will get the nightrunners and if you did Juan it will be something else. I am not 100% but i think it is. What mission do you have right now?

umm its like im spamming the space button to dash and when i dash i instantly stop pressing the button

but it jumps afterwards anyways cuz there is an imput queue

its not easy to wisely press space when there is 30 zombies chasing you

I have an issue. I'm stuck at 125 Inhibitors. I've diligently examined the map (all Radio Towers are activated), however I don't see the last one.
Is it locked behind a side quest?

I don't know if it's different now I'm just bringing up really old information but there used to be 2 quests where you could miss inhibitors one was The First Biomarker quest at the gre hospital in villedor where you had to talk to a guy at one of the safe houses and the other was during a story quest where you had to side with Matt or Juan if you chose Juan he made you go to a church that had an inhibitor did you do those? I could be wrong where your able to get the Juan inhibitors even if you don't choose his option now but I'm not entirely sure

hey everyone i started playing dl2 reloaded edition just the other day and im trying to figure out bounties

says defeat 3 goons but when i kill a goon it doesnt count towards my progress

Yes it’s active and it just says defeat goons most commonly found in dark hollows and yards

Killed 1 with a katana and it didn’t count still at 0/3

Hmm, if its 0/3 still id say deactivate bounty and reactivate? If u tried that already id try restarting the game and if that doesnt work I have no idea, I did a mission recently and killed the final enemy and it counted as I completed the mission but I didnt land the final blow so it didnt count that I actually killed the enemy so it didnt give me bounty progression
