My method was this: get the xp booster from jai which will boost nightime xp and do night time encounters, they give alot more xp during night time and from the xp booster you will also get shit ton of night time xp, do it until the end of night time and bam

On nightmare diff due to extra xp from the difficulty

So stock up on regen and toughness and muscle boosters

And preferably good gear, specifically Tank gear with dmg resitance during night time and against infected

That shit makes ya almost invincible

With that you're invincible

But if ya dont get lucky with the rolls

Military gear from pilgrim outpost is alright too

Cool thing bout the xp booster is it lasts 2 hours, and only consumes its self during night time, so stops consuming it self during day time and starts again night time
