It needs some practice, but once u get the feel for the momentum, it gets pretty easy

• First: Use the grappling hook expert key instead of the accessories trigger
• Second: pick the right time to perform a kick (whatever kick key is on your platform) while swinging to build up momentum. It takes some practice.
  For the practice, I suggest doing the "Like A Wind" Challenge from "Madmen from Villedor" trials in nightmare mode.
  Also, you can do glider + kick + grappling hook + kick combos once u master them.

UV bars and Molotovs are a dangerous combo, even fully maxed out Mollys don’t do much damage, they do a decent amount on impact but the dot isn’t as much and can take awhile but if you throw a UV right after the molly it’ll kill biters and virals pretty quick instead of throwing multiple Mollys

yes for any diff mode lower than Nightmare. In nightmare mode, it simply doesn't give much protection. 2 spits from a viral, hag or Volatile/Tyrant is enough to kill Aiden while having it on in nightmare mode

There are 4 loadout slots, just use one with pilgrim set solely for paragliding.

yeah u can do that, although stamina isn't an issue once u max it at 700. In nightmare mode, night gilding is still dangerous even with max medic or first pilgrim gear set. Stamina drains really fast when gliding at night

u can squeze couple of sec with the first pilgrim set in nighttime gliding-nightmare mode, but that is it, and still poor protection while u are on foot.

I used it a lot with my Kuai Dagger (speed + parkour dmg buffs) and wasnt worth it

It's an invisible part of the light spectrum.
Humans can't see it.
It's closest visible light is purple / dark purple.
It has a lot of energy in it. Therefor it can damage our cells.
So when you're out in the sun or in a tanning bed, your skin will darken becuase it's being damaged. And if you get, I belive UV-C, then you can get cancer from it.

So since all of the survivors are in constant UV lights, they should get a really darkend tan.
But most of them are rather light skinned compared to people that sometimes visit tanning beds or are in the sun a lot

Can someone explain how you get red envelopes? I dont see anywhere in the bounty itself or in game what Im supposed to do, the only hint Ive found is the section on the outpost website that says "Kill Biters or Virals and grab envelopes!", I've been blowing stuff up constantly to get virials to spawn for over an hour now, according to steams overlay, and I've yet to get a single one. I've tried killing every type of enemy in game with no luck. Why doesnt it explain wtf youre supposed to do in game? What am I missing?

I untracked every bounty with the event, reloaded my save without the event and untracked all of them as well, then restarted my game and loaded with the event, and now all the bounties show up in the menu.

Grappling Hook in DL2 is way different from that in DL1. No teleport! It is an upgradeable tool that can be used as a weapon.
When upgrading Nightrunner tools (glider, grappling hook and UV Flashlight), make sure UV Flashlight is the last tool u upgrade, so u can have enough military tech for the max upgrade of all 3 tools.

All things u had in the Survivor tree in DL1 are tied to main story missions, except for camo that u get from side mission in DLC. That way u can focus on getting 126 of inhibitors (1st playtrough) and u cant lvl up too fast like in DL1.
In DL1 I managed to max survivor, agility, power and legend 250 in something over 30 hours of gameplay, b4 even starting the "Airdrop" mission (stuffed turtle 3 pack speed runs. collected something over 6K packs and turned those in in nightmare mode while wearing snow-ops outfit for extra 20% XP)

they messed up while addin fsr3 at that update. Affects non 50 series GPU's moslty. Maybe they thought increasing spawn rate drastically cause shitshow bcs of that problem. but weird ass hell bugs, visual glitches happened nontheless. Normally increasing zombie spawn rate not that hard, just basic parameter changes what should have do on data files (like mods did). Maybe they just didn't care much idk

I don't think so. When they tried to fix issues on 50 series, they did not focus on other cards well. Afaik they fixed it with latest hotfix but I'm not sure abt that acctually, Couldn't test myself bcs of my 5080. On the other hand, they added some new weapons at that update which is non re-skinned, but most of them still re-textured clones

You have to kill a lot of biters and virals and some of them may have the red envelope and if you want the collectibles you may need hundreds of them since they only have a chance of giving you the collectible and it can even be repeated.
