Medic and Ranger armor are plain terrible on nightmare difficulty. The other bonuses tied to their survivor sense and HP regen are pointless. Along with their low gear values, they ain’t good unless you specifically you want their stats and playing a lower difficulty, that is.

Base or overall? If u want the highest amount of dmg dealt, stick with the polearms. Even Ishmael from the outpost is superior to any 2H heavy weapon like Rose's Axe and such. Just don't mind base dmg coz polearms have faster swing speed and better Critical hit chance of any other 2H or 1.5H weapon (bats, katanas and longswords)

also knuckles (2H ) have huge bonuses from legend levels and gear

The fastest way is doing speed runs ( 3 packs per run). If u dont have Snow OP's outfit, then u gonna need 6700 packs. With Snow ops u need around 5400 ish. Turn them in only in nightmare mode
