Yes, but there hasn’t been any official content after bloody ties. It’s been dead in the water for 2 years in terms of actual meaningful stuff to the game. Community ideas that were still in the voting phase and even ideas there were accepted and in development got axed and lot of those ideas were particularly great and never seen again nor added, acknowledged whatsoever.

You carry everything over/story resets you are starting after first bio marker and the vendors are locked again and you need to unlocked them as you progress through the story though you keep tour levels with them/you can continue searching for inhibitors in ng+ old and new ones

Not really a limit. You can also unlock all some of them until you reach new game plus to get the extra inhibitors that would be scattered about afterwards.

If you are on a fresh game, however, let’s say if you don’t upgrade at least 3 times to the Stamina minimum, you will be locked out of certain skills correlated to the requirement until you get inhibitors and so on.

I used the “Basher” 1h blunt weapon you can get from Shen for the first time earlier and it’s pretty cool. I like how once it’s fully charged all your heavy hits cause an explosion for a limited time.

It’s fun to mess around with, but avoid using it on volatiles because the second you hit one it’ll automatically pounce on you over and over again even in UV is genuinely frustrating, there’s no animation or wind up it’s just bam your pounced 😂

they're so tanky compared to tyrants, and this one spawned right next to one of the sidequest elemental goons to top it all off

took a solid 5 minutes of constant combat to get through this one encounter just because of an unlucky early chase

Those tyrant encounters are just baby version of them/if you want to see the real tyrants change difficulty to nightmare and go to chase level5/

Well if u had stacks of tech

Check how many military tech u have left. Max 14 military tech that can be used for upgrades are lootable per playthrough IN THE LEGIT WAY.
So those 14 military tech would be enough to upgrade every nightrunner tool as long as you upgrade the UV Flashlight last. If u upgrade it before upgrading the grappling hook or the paraglider, then u gonna miss 1 military tech to do a full upgrade of your last Nightrunner tool.
To fix that issue, just ask someone to drop some military tech for U in a co-op game or start NG+ where you can farm missing MTech.
