If you don’t have the radar on you won’t be able to see the objective until your close to it

So you’d have to check the map and then head in that general direction til your close enough to see it on screen

Same as the other 2, once you get passed the prologue you can either join someone or have them join you. There’s a co op menu when you pause the game

You don’t have to follow the player you can go off and do your own thing if you want to but I wouldn’t advise that because the host cannot start quests or objectives unless you’re near them. I don’t have a steam deck so I don’t know how the mic situation works but I’d assume you would have to have a headset. You can look in the online settings and turn on or off voice chat

First blood is the DLC, you don’t have to worry about that until much later in the game

And you can’t complete the DLC until you unlock the second part of the map

There’s multiple choices that go into shaping your ending. Just saving him doesn’t guarantee you get the best ending.

You can watch an in depth video about the endings and how to get each one

Who you give the VNC tower to matters, who you choose to side with matters, saving frank matters, keeping Hakon matters etc

Not all of the choices impact the story and ending but a good bit do

While your playing you’ll see the random encounters, there will be a noise and then on your radar you’ll see a light blue diamond thing showing you the direction it’s coming from it’s usually freeing people from cages, getting the infected off of them or freeing them from renegades etc. just little random events around the world in which you’ll save someone

And you have to do that 50 times

You missed the old nighttime. Before the DL2 night update, howlers roamed around and screamed to start the chases, which only consisted of virals and volatiles only started appearing on the 3rd Chase level

There were also human nighttime encounters where you had to protect a person from virals during nighttime

I wish we could make weapon mods invisible, I have really good weapons and I don’t like the way they look with mods so my main weapon I use without mods and I carry a heavy duty weapon for volatiles and special infected that does have mods. When do use mods it’s usually bleed a fling so they look decent on some weapons but having a toggle would be cool, they have that for the backpack. I usually keep mine visible because I have one that looks great on my Hakon skin but when I use some of the PK skins and waltz I turn it off. I do have a PK backpack that looks good on the random PK grunt skin you can get from the bundle

But for skins like Aitor, Rowe, and Wierzbowski I turn it off

It’s already incredibly fast, so fast you can jump while on the ground and pull it out. If it was any faster it’d be less realistic.

I like how it’s not simulation realistic but it’s also not too fast, they found a good middle ground. It takes a second to open up and use, even parachutes take a bit to open and be usable.

Question 2 which 1h weapons has the highest base damage. From what I’ve seen it’s the axe you can get when you reach level 20 with sola in TR, the weapon I’m using right now does 582 base damage and then it does 1467 with my legend skills and gear bonus, with an additional 61% damage to the head etc

I’m not sure which weapon exactly but exotic rarity do the most damage from what I’ve seen, and the weapon blueprints you can craft do a lot when fully upgraded. I have a 1h weapon that does 620 base damage it’s pretty nice

My favorite affix is the 60% damage to enemy heads but that can very obviously, stamina regeneration on quick attacks, damage to infected and damage to humans

I’ve done a full squad of PKs once as well it was pretty fun, it was Aitor, Rowe, Wierzbowski, and the random PK grunt from the bundle and we did the PK story path

I don’t use mods, I like the way weapons look without them, when I do use mods I only use bleed and fling

My main weapon has no mods and my secondary has bleed and fling for volatiles and special infected

Lmao I stuck with it for Awhile but eventually I couldn’t stand it anymore and took them off my main weapon, I keep them on my secondary when needed which works well for me, I can still run around and whoop ass with my main weapon looking good and only use my ugly weapon when I fight stronger enemies 💁🏻‍♂️

That’s about as high as it gets, for 1h the highest I’ve seen in like 630-50 base damage that’s what I mainly use and obviously that number will be higher for 1.5h and 2h, and if your in the weapons menu you can click the advanced view to show what the overall damage number is which includes your legend skills and gear bonus

I think 2h can get upwards of 900+ base damage

Oop, I don’t have one with the advanced view I was gonna show it, when you go into your Inventory and click on a weapon you’ll see on the bottom right I believe the button for advance view, and as for DL2 there’s still a year and some change left of Support

For The Beast they haven’t set any kinda of timeline but we can assume a year or 2 of support

They did a survey recently for it, and they’ve been taking in feedback based on what we’d like added to the game, and now that we’re in the later half of support I’m sure they’ll lock in and give us some fire

On nightmare if you are lucky to get a godroll stat set, you can take no damage from volatiles and the tyrants without a booster even in new game+ You need to reach certain percentages of damage resistance to achieve it.

well you can do it in about 5-6min/dont know your level or your character/but with toxbane/pirate and using rage booster+molotovs I'm bringing the aberration down to 60% health at the start then I'm going directy to the shaft/where the volatile is coming from/dropping uv bar on it and finishing it quickly/after that its goons turn and the aberration at the end 🙂
