I've done it for over 1k hours worth. you can. for exactly one hit? you need to have a high stamina dmg stat weapon/legend skill

but even still you get executions very quick

Well this stamina problem is also present in The Beast too. When NG dropped people stopped getting finishers.

The 30 new inhibitors only show up if your on NG+ so if the person you joined isn’t on NG+ they won’t be there, as for the VNC one they might have to be at or past that quest to be up there. I can’t remember if you can get up there before the quest or not

What I want most is a graphical overhaul to make the game look closer to the beast and a map overhaul to fix a lot of the map interiors but those aren’t likely to happen. I’d like for them to rid as much of the bugs as they can before support ends.

Maybe even tweak tower raid, change some things around and add new stuff.

Whatever they do I’ll be happy with I just hope for this last year of support they go big, give the game a proper send off

But if or when Techland does there absolute best the community is what really has to change, the community is full of cheaters and sweats. People love using broken and OP weapons, and they cheese the hell out of situations.

I think they could do a 3v3 or 4v4 L4D type PvP with infected vs survivors and have their be classes and set weapons so people can’t bring their own broken weapons into it.

Then moderate the cheaters an it might work out, maybe.

You can slide into them, grapple them to the ground with the grappling hook, drop kick, throw them over you shoulder but it sends them flying when you upgrade it and lastly you can block charge them which is a tackle and then stomp them

If you plan on playing The Beast after DL2 I recommend switching the button layout in settings from “default” to “firearms” because it’s the same controls as the Beast and just a better control scheme. And by doing that you’ll easily jump into The Beast without having to re learn the controls

It also allows you to aim with the left trigger instead of the left analog stick and you can kick without blocking

It’s a good bit of fun especially on DL2, 2 player co op is the best imo anymore than that it can get obnoxious. But since the game has multiple story paths the people who join the host and suggest dialogue options to help the host and those choices have impacts on the story wether big or small so it’s a good way to keep everyone involved

Yeah the world level is based on what playthrough they’re on. Each NG+ the difficulty scales and caps out at NG+11 with enemies level 300 but if you reach level 300 before NG+10 the game will scale everything to you regardless of what NG+ your on. So if a level 5 joins someone on NG+11 they’ll be hitting the same infected for a week before killing it and if a level 300 joins someone on a lower NG+ or their first playthrough they can easily one shot everyone including bosses

Your first playthrough enemies are from level 1-15 depending on what area you are in and when you do NG+ enemies are like Legend Level 1-15 and then it goes to level 30-60-90 an so on up to level 300 enemies

Your supposed to level up about 30 times per NG+ to keep up with the enemy scaling

DL2 is similar but I think scales up to NG+5 or something like that

heyho quick question regardong specific quests and quests in general >

is it true that you have to finish the side quest "cheers" which is level 2 before the main "the only way out" even though its level 1, or does it have nummerous chapters with the same name or the wiki who said you have to finish cheers first before way out is wrong? but in general as i read thats an issue, is there a good site that shows which side quests will be locked out after which main quest and/or simply which side quests "Y" you shoul do before "X" main mission

U dont need to do any of the side quests except for one of your choice for gaining trust with Sophie to start the "Unruly Brother" main story mission

In general, I do all available side missions b4 main story missions. The reason is that some side missions won't be available after passing certain main story junctures. For example, there is a very narrow window to start the "Out of your League" side mission, and it has pre-requested triggers like finishing some other side mission ("True Friends" in this case).

Some side missions are faction-exclusive (mostly parkour and combat challenges, some "listening to story" and quiz missions). Meaning, quest givers for those missions are at the settlements, and who controls the district dictates what kinda settlements will be in that district.

Some side missions are bound to area activities like clearing bandit camps or activating the metro station, meaning, if u do those activities b4 starting side missions linked to them, those side missions won't be available anymore.
Pay attention to

• Downtown Thugs Bandit Camp -> "To kill or not to kill" side mission
• Heron Renegados Bandit Camp -> "Could you repeat?" side mission
• Metro Newfalls Crossing (Fish Eye metro station) -> "Rats in the House" side mission

Also, there is a side mission that can affect the ending or the available main story options -> the "Aitor" side mission. ||Basically, if Aitor dies, Frank will die; If Aitor lives, Frank might live||

You can just quit back to the main menu, it’s a more recent bug as far as I know, back when I used to play that never happened to me. I heard the last 2 updates bugged the game but overall it’s optimized they’ve done a lot of work on it over the last few years

Groves are marked with yellow pine(kinda) trees. U can spot them from a distance. also most of the night runner hideouts have 1 beehive and 2 chamomile plants beside it.

Old Villedor has a bunch of rooftop groves

It’s incredibly easy to stack up on resources to craft Bandages

Honestly they kinda overdid the rooftop groves, I’m not complaining but holy hell there’s so many groves in the game

And when looting human enemies you’ll often time find bandages on them, you can also buy them from all the different vendors. And once you upgrade the bandage blueprint you’ll craft more with the same amount of materials

Batteries and Oxidizers are the only “rare” resources, and even then you can find them often. A good way to stack up on all resources really quick is by playing a couple Tower Raids, you get a crate that gives you a bunch of stuff each time you complete one

Yeah I remember Avery’s map, that was the last collectible I needed and I couldn’t start that damn quest no matter how many NG+ I did, I had to do it in co op but I believe Gaige is right. You should be able to go get it without the quest started

That guide was B4 Techland fixed issues with collectables. Back then, there was a shitload of missable collectables. 4 example prologue ones. Now u can all pick them up in Villedor. Only missable ones are lost armoury and x13 ones,
