note that you first need to get the attention of the volatile, even better if you can get him to jump on the wall

then just jump up and down all the time here to get both volatiles and virals attention

they keep on jumping on the wall and then eventually fall inside the walls and the they are pretty F'd as the UV gets them and they cannot escape

you're looking to get the attention of the volatiles and virals in that street, they need to see you to chase after you

the wall is too high, they cannot see you from the street, but if you get on the building there, you are high enough for them to have a clear view of you and then they start chasing. The UV lights (i guess) keeps them from jumping onto the roof top, so they stay on top of the wall and eventually fall off to the inside of the wall and then they're F'd

so you just keep on jumping on that 1 spot for 3 hours to get enough volatiles and virals over that wall

its a mind numbing task if you ask me
