I would recommend because even if you didn’t care for the main story there is a new mode if you’re into rougelites called tower raid I get why some don’t care for the parkour in the game but I enjoy it I at least think it should be given another shot

Go up and leave the station to the left side. U will run straight to an gre building. The volatile icon will be there just before u climb the first container.
If not, just fast travel back to metro station and repeat. It takes usually about 3 tries until it spawns.
If u have to kill more hives sleep twice and repeat. It won't respawn the same night.
