Just got one of the best grimsteel daggers i've ever seen. exotic, 16% Crit chance, 20% day/night damage, 19% infected damage, and 7% human damage, (only meh one) but wow

If the human damage was instead quick Regen it would be perfect. But not a big deal since daggers don't use much stamina in the first place

Start ng+. What @late widget said: it is the only way to max HP/Stamina to 700 coz of the additional 30 NG+ inhibitors, plus u can explore different story path and side missions so u can get blueprints u missed in 1st playthrough. Also, there is this ⬇️ (more ng+ completed - faster legend lvls farm. Multiplier is capped at 5th NG+)

While farming Legend points, I suggest going full Survivor coz of Survivor Respawn district perk that saves U a shitload of LP

Oh wow. opened a bunch of pilgrim crates at one. 3 had lgendary weapons..... all 3 are amazing. Barbarian and Fire station great axe both 2 of the damage types (meaning one has infected/human, and the other has day/night.) Full health damage, and quick stamina regen, the enemy/time damage are all at or above 16%, full health is at or above 11%. and the knife has all four day/night and human/infected. 11%day, 21% night, 15% infected and 17% human. wow

The reason those were nerfed and rightly so. I made a test of the new ones after the nerf and on the same GRE Aberration, and those were useless. So obviously devs decided to buff them up a bit afterwards

I understand that although The Beast is a DLC, it is a separate game because it seems to me that the base game is not needed to be able to play, at least in my Steam library it appears as a separate game from the main campaign.

Yeah, it was originally a dlc but they decided that it was going to be another game instead

and they did it well and it is the same as Dishonored 2 which is separate from the main campaign, the same thing happens with Sniper Elite 5 Resistance, I think it is perfect that the developers do it this way at least it will take up just the right amount of space on the SSD or hard drive.

So turns out the crashing in all cut scenes seems to have been literally only on that new save file

Went back to my original one and no crashes and also started another new save and it didn't crash once so weird

Yall remember the grapple front enabler in the first dying light where you can push enemies back instead of to your sides or behind you? Is that in dl2 as well or no?

According to Google's AI: Yes, in Dying Light 2 you can use the grappling hook to push zombies, though it's not a direct action like an attack. The grappling hook is primarily used to quickly move around the environment and can also be used to shift momentum in combat, allowing you to move enemies or change your position to gain an advantage.

@visual gull according to Reddit: It requires the maximum number of grappling hook upgrades to do that. It also can't grab every type of infected, such as Volatiles; the grappling hook will go right through them.

Howlers have been grapple-able, though, so if you have all the upgrades and it's still not working you might need to contact support. It's possible to grapple one to the ground near you to stomp on their heads.

The only other thing I can think of is whether you're using the Expert Grappling Hook Controls setting in Pause Menu -> Options -> Controls. With the setting turned on, you can press LALT (default bind) to grapple regardless of what four equipment items you have slotted or which one you have active. This keeps a grappling hook reticle on your screen at all times and will indicate where your grapple will go if you use it. I have the setting activated and have been using a max-level grappling hook to grapple enemies. Turning it off may somehow disable grappling enemies, but I would be surprised if that's the case.

In the first dying light there was a mod that allowed you to grapple enemies away, the agility skill. Not the grapple hook

Google helps with deleting some annoying hud elements like the grappling hook hud, but not all unfortunately

The grapple hook hud I was able to remove completely, the xp hud as well, the end and beginning of chase hud I was able to remove, but not the lingering one in the middle that shows chase 1/4

And the grapple enemy hud as well, that I cannot find or it’s weirdly named in the files
