I found an easier way to defeat him, when he runs at you, block and kick before he touches you, and you'll be able to him twice. If he jumps, dodge and then use your Bash and then hit again.

When game was first release, all fight with Waltz were using your own weapon, but the Fury fight was added later and it deals super low damage to Waltz when Aiden tries to claw him

And for consistent head cut off you need weapon wit at least 900 damage (upgrade weapon on workbench for tokens + upgrade toxins if you play Toxic).

For electricity best choice is ranged electrification. You literally fire one crossbow bolt and fry bunch of zombies for several seconds. And all nearby zombies are easy torgets for you and for your teammates (counts toward progression for both of you).

I find crit tip and a blast shaft are good

And it you want a really good 2 handed do tower raid and unlock the lighting polearm as it is quite early in the rewards and all tower weapons come with a built in unique power action grip

so it is doable and fun 4 me doing it solo. I find it harder in co-op not coz of team difficulty multiplier but coz of team members

I got him leveled up quickly just doing his bounties during survivor missions.

Trying to drop on him from Paraglider to kick him will glitches as Aiden can't perform an air kick on him. Aiden just gets a seizure midair with the kick sound bugged out.

To kill or not to kill is on the same tier of tricky side quests because Nikolas won't give you Rats in the House until Matt tells you to find Juan for the first time at Fish Eye
The reason it's dumb since clearing Metro under fish eye will disable Rats in the House and clearing Downtown Thugs will disable To kill or not to kill.

It's a blessing those two are the only activity sensitive quests
