I believe the Brecken one is they both give you the outfits of the character and a paraglider skin and they both believe that they give weapons. I really like the weapon in the Brecken bundle. And you can always upgrade the blueprint to make it to your level. So the weapon does more damage. But it does cap off eventually.

Actually had to force myself to completion, was very tempted to skip most cutscenes. Maybe the game hits different playing something over 10 years old for the first time. I ran into the same issue with the Witcher 3, everything feels outdated compared to modern games of course and yeah don’t like the feel of the game compared to Dying Light 2 which feels more refined to play in my opinion

1st Toughness booster is depletes with hits suffered or after 3 mins if no hits landed. B4 the change it was just 3 mins duration

Who controls Villedor districts doesn't affect the ending except for water tower in Old Villedor. It affects what side missions u gonna have tho.

Best possible ending:

||Bazaar still stands, Villedor and most of the ppl in city survived, Nightrunners are back, Frank lives, Aiden leaves the city with Lawan

Choices:

• Bazaar Stands -> side with survivors in old Villedor (water tower controlled by survivors). It will trigger The Revolution mission
• Help Hakon by pulling out the bolt that hit him at the start of Lets Waltz /Sniper Alley main missions
• Next determining choice comes if u decide to do Aitor side mission. If u do it then it is imperative that Aitor lives coz if he doesn't PK will kill Margaret the healer that is supposed to heal Frank later. So if Margaret doesn't live Frank doesn't live.
• VNC tower choice Frank controls the tower that way most of the ppl will survive initial bombardment after the Vreronika main mission also it triggers the Nightrunners main mission
• At the Nightrunners mission finale where u face Hakon at the church u'll have to beat him couple of times but at the last Hakon dialogue choose "I don't want to fight any more" Next thing to do is to convince Lawan to spare him
• At the start of The Breakthrough mission, when Frank gets wounded by assassin listen to Juan, ignore Matt and go straight to the healer Margaret place. After saving Frank convince Lawan to stay at Fish Eye and help Frank recover.
• During Now or Never mission, at the Dam trust Williams ignore Matt again
• Finally X13 mission choice. Let Lawan detonate explosives, Hakon will pull her out alive (that is why Hakon had to live)

Also there is an ending where Aiden leaves the city with Hakon instead of Lawan and choices are basically the same except for the last one:

• X13 choice Aiden saves Lawan instead of Mia. Consequence is that Lawan doesn't destroy the missiles, and most of the city turns to rubble||

I recently came back to the game, i kinda stopped before the guns update and now guns are in the game and i like it alot
They aren't too OP, the enemy swaying so much reduces my chance for a headshot and renegade masks also bouncing off some shots ready does magic to the immersion too. What's cool is that the swaying and the masks were things that was already there before, and guns fitting in really well despite coming in later.
Now that we finally have guns, something used to be think as controversy for DL2.
Let's asks for Fury mode and bring back the ol Dead Island vibes

I imagine it can be like an extra mechanic, like a panic tool to fight a Volatile or two. || Using X-13 for reference, it takes several Fury swipes to take down a basic Volatile so it shouldn't be too OP, but for mobs and virals, it just tears them apart for a lil power trip||.
Like Dead Island, its like a combat ace in the hole or trump card tool to turn the tide briefly.
Maybe Fury can be a mechanic in the final DLC for DL2 like a "The Following" Expansion, post adventure || AfterAiden leaves Villedor and the support NPC will depend on the ending type, either alone, with Hakon or Lawan. Especially with Lawan if Aiden finally show the potential to resist the feral nature of a Volatile and doesn't kill Lawan and instead took her out of the missile launcher pod, and Lawan trusting him to follow him at the end, it can hint that Aiden was on the path to control his Fury mode, so all that theory about him becoming "the beast" are all lame to me, since Techland made the final battle with Waltz felt longer, as in Aiden had been in the form for a long time, it can mean mastery taking place||
For me Fury mode is just a fun extra mechanic, like something new to do as optional, but it also has narrative values as well too.

Yeah i'm hoping for Elysium to be a "The Following" map for DL2 so much. I imagine it will require a completed save, when you finished the main story and instead of starting NG+, the DLC will use that save to start the expansion. And whether you ended it with alone, Hakon or Lawan, they will appear in the expansion as well, giving purpose and meaning to main game ending choices.
